KWIP LLC operates Premium AI Skills. We process account identifiers and email addresses for sign-in, access, support and security. We retain purchase, acceptance, refund and delivery-authorization records to provide acquired products, resolve issues, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Reviews you submit may appear publicly with the displayed account identity. Support requests, reports and invitation records are private to authorized operators. Do not submit credentials, full payment details or sensitive personal data in reviews or support messages.
WorkOS handles authentication; Cloudflare provides application hosting, security and file delivery; Supabase stores application records; Stripe and Link handle payment, billing, covered transaction tax, payment security and transaction support. For Managed Payments purchases, the applicable Sold through Link entity is merchant of record. It receives checkout and billing information and sends receipts, invoices and refund notices independently of our marketing preferences. Link privacy and payment notices also apply. Contact Link for requests about its records; a request to KWIP does not by itself delete Link records. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes in the application database. Authorized operator access to Stripe can include billing details used for transactions, tax, fraud prevention and support. Providers may process data for their own legal and security purposes under their notices. We may disclose data when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. This beta has no paid affiliate program or advertising-data sale feature.
Application cookies support sign-in and sessions. Stripe, Link and the authentication provider may use their own cookies or similar technologies for their services and security. Invitations are prepared in the site and sent manually by the operator. The site records recipient, access, expiry, activation and revocation details; activation tokens are stored as hashes. Beta update emails are optional and separate from sign-in, invitation acceptance and purchases. You can change your preferences on the beta signup page. Creator-interest signup expresses interest in a future marketplace and does not grant seller access.
Contact contact@kwip.info to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information or withdrawal from beta emails. We verify account control before disclosing or changing private data. Do not email passwords, card details or identity documents. You may request reconsideration by replying with “Privacy appeal” and the case reference. Applicable legal rights and response deadlines remain unaffected.
We retain information for service delivery, transaction records, security, disputes and legal obligations, and remove or de-identify it when no longer needed for those purposes. Deletion requests may have lawful exceptions, which we explain in our response. Removing an account does not instantly erase all transaction records or provider backups. Reviewed account-export files, when prepared, are available through authenticated access and expire after seven days; removal of file bytes occurs through scheduled cleanup. Copies already downloaded by you or other lawful recipients cannot be recalled.
