An approved refund pauses further downloads during processing. A confirmed full refund removes further access under that order; separate purchases remain unaffected. Refunds cannot recall copies already saved. After a refund, stop using and delete copies covered by the refunded license, except where applicable law permits otherwise. A delivery-authorization record shows permission to send a file, not proof of receipt or use.
