KWIP LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, operates Premium AI Skills and supplies and licenses the skills offered in this storefront. New paid purchases use Stripe Managed Payments: the applicable Sold through Link entity is merchant of record, as identified at checkout and on transaction documents. Link handles payment collection, covered transaction taxes and payment support. KWIP handles the skill, license, delivery and product support. Contact contact@kwip.info or write to 2017 E 8th St, Duluth, MN 55812. This beta is for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Outside seller enrollment and Pro subscriptions are not offered in this beta. Historical marketplace purchases and subscriptions retain their original records and terms.
Review the listing, compatibility requirements, price, version, license and purchase terms before ordering. Listings are priced in USD; applicable tax and any provider currency conversion are shown before payment. Link's displayed payment terms also apply. Link may issue refunds independently under its policies and applicable law. Contact KWIP through My library for product support, or Link through your receipt for transaction support. Payment is verified by the server before paid access is granted. A purchase licenses the identified version; future versions and third-party AI subscriptions are separate unless expressly included. Keep a backup of your download. We do not promise permanent hosting. If we remove an unsafe or infringing version, contact support about your purchase and available remedies.
Review instructions, dependencies, permissions and network access before running a skill. Try non-sensitive sample data first. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsafe and require human review appropriate to the task. Do not provide credentials or sensitive information unless you understand and authorize their use. Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute malware, commit fraud, evade safeguards, impersonate others or manipulate reviews. You are responsible for your account security and authorized use. Report suspected compromise promptly.
Reviews must reflect your own experience and disclose any material incentive or relationship. Honest criticism is welcome. Do not post personal information, confidential material, threats, spam or content you lack rights to share. A verified-purchase label confirms an eligible purchase record; it is not an endorsement or guarantee. You retain ownership of your submitted review and grant KWIP permission to host, display, format and moderate it for operating this service. We may restrict content or access to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with law. Where practicable, we explain the action and provide a review route through support.
The purchase terms identify the applicable warranty and liability provisions for each order. Nothing in these terms excludes duties, liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A warning about AI risk does not excuse misdescription, fraud or unlawful conduct. Contact support about service problems or disputes; you may provide additional information for reconsideration. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
We preserve the exact terms accepted for each purchase. Changes apply prospectively; we request new agreement when required for a new acquisition. Service changes do not retrospectively authorize charges or erase existing purchase remedies. Notices may be provided through the site or account email. Marketing email requires a separate choice. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent lawful.
