Standard Skill Usage License

The creator grants the acquiring individual or named organization a non-exclusive license to use and modify the acquired version for personal use and internal business work. Ownership remains with the creator and other relevant rights holders. Your order or free-acquisition record identifies the version and applicable license.

You may keep backup copies and permit employees or contractors acting solely for your organization to use the package for that organization's internal work, provided they follow these terms and do not retain or reuse it for other customers. Acquiring for one organization does not license unrelated organizations. Producing ordinary work outputs with a skill is permitted; reselling the package, its instructions, or a substantially equivalent redistributed skill is not.

Do not publish, sublicense, sell, give away, or redistribute the package or its source instructions outside the permitted organization. Do not strip required attribution, use it unlawfully, or represent another creator's work as your own. This license does not grant rights in another person's trademarks, personal information or other protected material appearing in output.

Identified third-party materials retain their own licenses. Where their terms grant rights that differ from this license, those terms govern those materials. The creator must disclose such materials and required notices. This license does not warrant that AI-generated output is unique, copyrightable, accurate or free of third-party claims.

Future releases and services are not included unless separately identified in the acquisition record. A full refund ends the license supplied under that order; stop using and delete copies supplied solely under it, except records you must retain by law. Independent valid acquisitions remain in force. Download revocation cannot technically recall saved files.

For material license breach, the creator or KWIP may request correction and restrict distribution or access. Where correction is practicable, provide a reasonable opportunity to cure before terminating the license, except for deliberate infringement, harmful conduct or legal necessity. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Historical custom licenses are not silently replaced by this license.
